About the Author

Bryan T. Blunt is a veteran operations leader and process improvement expert who has guided operations improvement activities for over two decades at manufacturing companies across the United States and beyond. He has created, chaired and mentored teams at all business levels, from product improvement teams to councils and leadership committees leading business-wide change initiatives, and has trained hundreds of personnel from dozens of companies in process capability improvement methods. Bryan holds a BS in Manufacturing Technology from Southwestern College, a BA in Management from the University of Phoenix, and an MBA from Western International University. He is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Fellow, an ASQ-certified Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor and Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, and an award-winning recipient of three Six Sigma Black Belts .
